We had our 25 week appointments last week. Sorry it took me so long to get the pictures up. Here is the report:
Apple continues to do very well. She was 1 lb and 11 oz and growing nicely.
The Dr was very pleased with Bluebear's progress. She was 1 lb 10 oz. More importantly, her ventricles seem to have stabilized. They didn't grow over the last 4 weeks and are just barely above the normal cut off. Hopefully, they will stay small and continue to drain. As is, she would not need surgery!
Momma-to-be: I am doing pretty well. I am starting to get uncomfortable under the ribs, especially when I am sitting down. My big scare this week was my glucose test for gestational diabetes. I failed my one hour test (barely) and had to take the 3 hour version. Fortunately, I passed that one with flying colors!
Daddy-to-be: most of Mark is doing well. His ankle (pictured above if you can understand the picture) is not doing so well. He has sprained his ankle periodically (in fact, it was pretty bad the night we first met). Last month he rolled it again during a basketball game. He is playing in a League at work. It kinda sorta healed. He was able to run on it and play on it again. This week he rolled it again real bad. The picture does not to the swelling justice - and this was taken a couple days after the injury. It is looking like he will be out for the playoffs.

So glad to hear about Bluebear! Wade has been praying for your babies every night (we have too). The babies look identical in the pictures...can't wait to actually see them.
